Return and refund policy

Due to the bespoke and made-to-measure nature of all Taylor Alexandra garments, we maintain a strict refund policy.

Custom & Made-to-Measure Garments

• All garments are produced specifically for each client based on their individual measurements, fabric selections, and design preferences.

• For this reason, all sales of custom or made-to-measure garments are final.

• Refunds are not available once an order has been placed and production has commenced.

Production & Commitment

Once an order is confirmed, fabrics are cut and allocated specifically to the client. This process cannot be reversed, and costs are incurred immediately.

Fit & Adjustments

• We are committed to achieving the best possible fit.

• Alterations are included where deemed appropriate when attending a second fitting with The Taylor Alexandra.

• If garments are shipped directly to the client and further alterations are required, clients are asked to contact their tailor directly.

• If significant changes in body shape occur after measurements have been taken (including but not limited to weight change, posture change, or changes in physique), any additional alterations required may be at the client’s own cost.

• Alterations do not constitute grounds for a refund. 

Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

• Any cancellation requests received prior to production will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order with Taylor Alexandra, clients acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in full.
